- Coupon sales often create a large spike of appointments in the 6 weeks following the sale. Please demonstrate patience as we service all of our clients with equal respect.
During holidays this is even more important. Our therapists are enjoying time with family. So, please leave a voicemail if required and wait at least up to 4 days for a return call. Otherwise, please book online for faster service.

- Please always tip your therapists for good service. 15%-20% is customary.

- The therapists prefer cash or check. You may use a credit card or paypal, depending on the therapist, so please ask in advance.

- Your coupon service does not include deep tissue or hot stone services unless the therapist offers it in the coupon. You may purchase these as an add-on with your therapist.

- Coupons are only good with participating therapists.

- Appointments may only be booked using the online booking system.

- Same day appointments are not available.

- We are a co-op. Each therapist owns her/her own business. Please do not escalate your appointment needs beyond the therapist whom you wish to book with. Please call your therapist directly or email them.

- Expired coupons may only be redeemed for their cash value (what you paid for it). If you paid $50, then you have $50 toward a full-priced service.

- Grievances should be reported to co-op management, Tammy Foss, as a customer service suggestion; however if you have an issue with your coupon, you will need to call the 3rd party seller.

- We always reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If this occurrs and if you are within your refund period on your coupon contract, please call your 3rd party seller for a refund. Otherwise, we assume no responsibility for the funds you paid to the 3rd party seller.
