Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue breaks up scar tissue, tissue adhesions and broadens muscle fibers allowing for more flexibility and range of motion. Using Swedish techniques we do access deeper layers of tissue requiring slower and deeper strokes. Without proper water consumption, this can sometimes leave you slightly sore. Care is taken -- if any muscles tense up during your session, we lighten the stroke.
